What is the difference between the £79/month and £99/month plans?
The £99/month SW12 Starter Website plan has a shorter 12-month term and includes the website and hosting. The £79/month CW24 Complete Website plan has a longer 24-month term and includes website care as standard, making it better value if you want ongoing support.
Do I own my website?
You own your brand, content and website materials once the agreed term or project payment is complete. If you decide to move away after your term, we can provide a website export or migration support depending on the package.
What happens after the term ends?
After your term ends, you can continue with Hosting Core from £11.99/month or Hosting + Care Plan from £19.99/month.
What is uptime monitoring?
Uptime monitoring means your website is checked automatically to make sure it is online and responding. If it stops loading properly, we receive an alert so we can look into it.
What is website care?
Website care includes maintenance, backups, monitoring and support to help keep your website running smoothly after launch.
Can I move my website later?
Yes. After your agreed term or project payment is complete, you can move your website elsewhere. We can provide an export or quote for migration support if needed.
Do you build ecommerce websites?
Yes, WooCommerce and Shopify websites are available as custom quotes because online stores need proper scoping around products, payments, shipping, tax and functionality.
How long does a website take?
As a guide, landing pages usually take 1-2 weeks, Starter Websites take 2-4 weeks, and Complete Websites usually take 3-6 weeks. Timelines depend on project scope, content readiness, feedback and current availability.
