No. Our monthly website plans are designed so small businesses can get online without a large upfront cost. If you'd rather pay in one go, each package — Launch, Business and Complete — also has an upfront option, which reduces the total cost and includes 12 months of hosting.
The Complete Website plan includes up to 8 pages, a bespoke WordPress website design, mobile-responsive layout, hosting, SSL certificate, contact and enquiry forms, enhanced SEO structure and technical SEO setup, Google Analytics and Search Console setup, automated backups, uptime monitoring and hosting support. Website Care is available as an optional add-on.
The Business Website plan is £99/month and includes up to 4 pages. The Complete Website plan is £139/month and includes up to 8 pages with stronger SEO and technical foundations. Both monthly plans have the same 12-month initial term.
The Website Care Plan is our managed support layer for websites. It includes website maintenance, enhanced security monitoring and backup and restoration support, on top of standard hosting. It's available as an optional add-on for the Business Website and Complete Website plans at £15.99/month.
The Essential Care Plan is a lighter care option mainly for landing pages. It includes daily backups, uptime monitoring, SSL monitoring and basic security monitoring. It is available as an optional add-on for the Launch Website package for £9.99/month.
Uptime monitoring means your website is checked automatically to make sure it is online and responding. If the website goes down or stops loading properly, we receive an alert so we can look into it. It is like a smoke alarm for your website.
If you are on Website Care, we can investigate website-related issues and use available backups to restore a previous working version if needed. Restore support is included with the Website Care Plan. Major issues caused by third-party changes, custom development, malware removal or unsupported plugins may need a separate quote.
After your term ends, you can either continue with Hosting Core from £11.99/month or choose Hosting + Care Plan from £19.99/month. Hosting Core covers hosting, SSL and basic backups. Hosting + Care includes hosting, backups, uptime monitoring, security checks, website maintenance and hosting support.
Yes, you own your brand, content and website materials once the agreed term or project payment is complete. If you decide to move away after your term, we can provide a website export or migration support depending on your package and requirements.
As a guide, landing pages usually take 1–2 weeks, Business Websites take 2–4 weeks, and Complete Websites usually take 3–6 weeks. Timelines depend on project scope, content readiness, feedback and current availability.
Yes, we can build ecommerce websites using WooCommerce or Shopify, but ecommerce is quoted separately. Online stores involve products, payments, shipping, tax settings and extra support, so we scope these properly before giving a price.
